Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment.
To be eligible for a refund:
The request must be made before the commencement of the course or before accessing course materials.
The payment must be verifiable through our records.
Proof of payment may be required.
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
The refund will be processed to the original method of payment used during the transaction.
Any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds are processed only through the original payment channel (e.g., PayHere).
The following payments are non-refundable:
Payments made after the course has started
Fees for workshops, webinars, or events that have already commenced or been attended
Payments for digital content, recorded sessions, or downloadable materials once access has been granted
Registration or administrative fees (if applicable)
If a course or program is canceled by NIBT Campus due to unavoidable circumstances, eligible students will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer the payment to another course or upcoming batch
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
